At Decorayz, we believe in delivering quality work through a transparent,
client-friendly process. Here’s how we work:
Initial Contact

Clients can reach out to us directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email to start the conversation.

Site Visit & Consultation

We arrange a site visit to understand the space and discuss your needs, preferences, and ideas in detail

Design Phase

Upon receiving an advance payment for the drawings, our design team begins working on your project. We refine the design until you are fully satisfied with both the layout and the materials to be used.

Quotation & Budgeting

Once the design is finalized, our estimation team prepares a detailed quotation based on your requirements.

Project Execution

Work begins after receiving 50% of the total project cost. We ensure timely updates at every stage of the work to keep you informed.

Payment Milestones

25% payment is collected after the completion of structural work.
20% is collected during the final stages.
The remaining 5% is paid upon full project completion.

Post-Completion Support

We conduct a follow-up site visit after 180 days to inspect the work. If any issues are identified, we will take care of them promptly.
